Garden!Corn, cucumbers climbing on a trellis, the three sisters (corn, green beans and squash), tomatoes, garlic, basil, lettuce, beets, watermelon and tiger eye dry beans were all attempted this year. We did pretty well except the corn fell prey to raccoons and about half the tomato plants got blight. We planted beets and peas mid August, too. Something ate my succulent pea plants before they got too tall and the beets just petered out. So much for fall gardening.
